Starting November 1st, Ember Church is partnering with the Arizona Mission Network and Send Relief to make an incredible, life-changing impact in Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond!

Did you know that for just $25, you can provide a person with access to safe, clean drinking water and share the clear hope of the Gospel?

Why Water Filters?

If you have ever traveled to other parts of the world and were warned not to drink the water, you know how critical clean water is to the health of children and families.

We volunteered to help lead and pilot an initiative alongside the International Mission Board (IMB) and Send Relief. The goal: fund the equivalent of 5,000 water filters, delivering daily clean water to more than 30,000 people while sharing the hope of the Gospel one family at a time.

How It Works & The Impact

  • The Gift ($25): Just $25 goes toward purchasing a ceramic water filter for a family.

  • The Project: Send Relief uses these funds to purchase filters and support broader clean water initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond, transforming entire communities.

  • The Gospel Connection: Local pastors and missionaries deliver each filter directly into a home in need, show the family how it works, and share the clear message of Jesus—the Living Water—so that whoever believes in Him will never spiritually thirst again.

Through this project, the Gospel is being shared in individual homes by local churches, and lives are being saved physically and spiritually!

How You & Ember Church Can Help (Starting Nov 1st)

  1. Give: Sponsor a filter for $25 (or challenge your family/group to sponsor 2, 5, or 10 families!).

  2. Pray: Pray for the pastors delivering the filters, for open hearts in every home visited, and for health and safety across these communities.

  3. Share: Encourage your friends, life groups, and family members to take part in this movement throughout the month of November.
